TORRID wanted to develop deeper ties to the plus-size community by partnering with influential bloggers in the space through a comprehensive, measurable Influencer Program. As project lead I was responsible for:

  • Developing program infrastructure and process

  • Building detailed strategy deck to guide execution of program

  • Setting measurable goals and monitoring impact

  • Identifying key influencers to partner with

Results

The influencer campaign launched in November of 2017. From launch to my departure, we experienced a 20% increase in social media followers, increased social media engagement by 45%, and increased referral traffic to TORRID.com by 31%.
