TORRID wanted to develop deeper ties to the plus-size community by partnering with influential bloggers in the space through a comprehensive, measurable Influencer Program. As project lead I was responsible for:
Developing program infrastructure and process
Building detailed strategy deck to guide execution of program
Setting measurable goals and monitoring impact
Identifying key influencers to partner with
Results
The influencer campaign launched in November of 2017. From launch to my departure, we experienced a 20% increase in social media followers, increased social media engagement by 45%, and increased referral traffic to TORRID.com by 31%.
